Open-Faced Tuna Melt Sandwich
The Open faced Tuna Melt is the ultimate sandwich for all Tuna lovers. A very messy but delicious Tuna Melt with the perfect amount of crunch, flavor and cheese. Serving them open faced is an easy way to cut out calories but if that’s not your goal, stack it up!
RECIPE:
1 canned Albacore wild Tuna
Dijon mustard
Vegan mayonnaise @primalkitchenfoods
Vegan cheese @violife_foods
White onion
Tomato
Spinach (any green works)
Ezekiel toast (choose your own)
Garlic
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Cumin
Micro greens
Sriracha @yellowbirdsauce
Hummus
Lemon
HOW TO…
In a bowl, Mix olive oil, minced garlic, pepper & thyme
Spread on bread & toast

Sauté white onion
Mix tuna, Dijon mustard, mayo, lemon drizzle, salt, pepper & cumin in a bowl
Then add to sautéed onion
Cook until lightly browned
