Virtual Personal Training Sessions

Regardless of where you are located or what your schedule is like, we have learned we can work out anywhere, anytime. Take me to your gym, backyard, or living room. We are just one zoom call away from getting a sweaty and effective workout. Virtual sessions include all the same services as in-person sessions.

The Personalized group workout classes are a great option for those that can’t commit to personal training and want an intimate workout between friends. Get a group of your friends to work out together. You get one-on-one time from me as your trainer without the expense of personal training.

Workplace Wellness Classes
Help your company and employees thrive in today’s changing world with an employee wellness experience that builds social connections between employees. Classes include stretch breaks, full body workouts, desk stretches, and nutrition advice with mindfulness moments to protect teams from burnout.
