Meet Angie

How my fitness journey started…

While working a 9-5 corporate job, I started working out at the gym in pursuit of feeling confident in my own body. Through various body phases, trial and error, I learned how to gain weight, build strength and lose weight. Training became my time to decompress and focus on myself. It began to strengthen my confidence, kept me focused and eventually motivated me to want to help other women to do the same. 

My passion for helping others and physical movement led to quitting my corporate job and pursue personal training full time. As scary as it seemed, I knew it  was what I had to do. 

My mission is to encourage like minded women to improve their fitness, grow their confidence and lifestyle by making fitness attainable regardless of their starting point. Through my programs and training, my goal is to help every woman develop the strongest version of herself with limitless potential.
